If you have been reading my blog for a while you would know I wrote about Alahniya.
Today I am posting the 2nd shabad shabad that is sung in Alahniya.
Aavoh Miloh Sahileo Sachra Naam Laayhaan – Raag Wadhans – Allahniya – Prof Surinder Singh
Prof Surinder Singh is doing a lot to revive the dying traditions of Gurmat Sangeet. He is based in the UK and heads the Raj Academy
In the picture Prof Surinder Singh is playing the Saranda. The Saranda was designed by Guru Arjan Dev Jee.
